运行网关

• 前台运行： moltbot gateway 或 moltbot gateway run。日志输出到 stdout。
• 后台服务： moltbot gateway install 安装服务，moltbot gateway start 启动。使用 launchd（macOS）、systemd（Linux）或 schtasks（Windows）。
• 端口与绑定： 默认端口 18789，默认绑定回环。通过 gateway.port、gateway.bind 或 --port、--bind 覆盖。
